RIGHTS

The Owner will have the right to request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition to the processing of their data, by means of a written request addressed to the Cyberpeace Data Department, at:
 

1. Cyberpeace corporate office located at Av. Morelos 178 C 1, Colonia Centro, CP. 62000 Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or

Cyberpeace will respond to the Holder's requests that are exercised by him after accreditation of his identity with official identification (voting card with photograph, passport, military card, or driver's license), in a simple copy and having exhibited the original for comparison. , or in case of acting on behalf of a third party, the public document in which it is recorded or a signed power of attorney must be presented before two witnesses.

Every request, in order to be processed, must contain and be accompanied by the following:
 

• The name of the Owner and address (or other means) to communicate the response to your request.

• The documents that prove the identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of the Owner.

• The clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which one seeks to exercise any of the rights.

• Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data.

If the Owner does not indicate an address to receive the response, the request will be considered not submitted, for which the relevant certificate will be issued.

Cyberpeace will have a period of 20 (twenty) business days, counted from the date the request was received, or from the date the Owner resolved the information request, to inform the Owner whether it is accepted or not. If the request is accepted, it will become effective within the following fifteen days. The referred deadlines may be extended, once, for an equal period when justified.

The response to the requests will be given, at the Owner's choice, by email or by written response when they go directly to the Cyberpeace offices at the address indicated to collect it, and the response may be reproduced in electronic documents, simple copies, or verbal way.

For the purposes of learning more about the requirements of the requests, their origin, forms, and response times, the Owner can contact the data department in any of the following ways: directly at the Cyberpeace address with the Data Department Personal Data or to the email address contacto@cyberpeace.tech.

The Owner of the information will have the right to revoke consent for the processing of their data at any time, for which they must submit their request and meet the indicated requirements, in order for Cyberpeace to carry out the described procedure.

In the event that Cyberpeace requires to use your Personal Data for purposes other than those agreed or agreed upon under the legal relationship it has with the Owner, it will be notified in writing, by telephone, electronically, or by any optical, sound, or other means. visual or other that technology allows now or in the future and explaining the new uses that you intend to give to said information in order to obtain your authorization.
